Mark Ma --Chairman and President Mark has spent over 20 years in the areas of risk management services and system development for global derivatives markets. He has a wealth of experience in the practical use of the derivatives risk management for market participants at versatile levels in various real-time and dynamic environments. From 1990 to 2001, Mark joined the leading financial risk management software provider Systems Development Corp (SDC) and played key roles in developing the first real-time risk management and credit control system for global derivatives markets. The product was adopted by various major financial institutions worldwide such as Merrill Lynch, ING Baring, Bank of America and Mexican Derivatives Exchange. Mark served as lead QA and later as Project Manager. Between 2002 and 2006, Mark worked for R.J. O’Brien, the largest independent futures brokerage in the Unites States, as a risk consultant and a senior system analyst. Mark founded his new venture, RMMSoft, in Beijing at the end of 2006. He is responsible for the overall strategy development and the day-to-day operation of the firm. While leading his team to build the new generation of systems for global futures and options trading and real-time risk management, Mark has participated in the rapid transformation of China’s derivatives markets and becomes a leading voice to encourage China to speed up the derivatives markets development as well as adopt better risk management standards. Mark has published some thirty articles and research reports on subjects regarding Chinese derivatives markets development as well as risk management. Some of his proposals and reports for China’s derivatives markets received positive attention from top policy makers. In addition, Mark helped facilitate a meeting between Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan and Leo Melamed, the father of financial futures. That ultimately played an active role in pushing the launch of the first financial futures product: CSI 300 index futures in China. Starting in 2007, Mark began providing consulting services to CME Group Asia and R.J. O’Brien on various risk management and risk system projects. Separately, Mark serves as Chairman of Chinese Derivatives Association. Mark obtained his master degree on Telecommunications from DePaul University in Chicago. Yue Ma -- Managing Director and Senior Advisor Yue studied in South Western University of Finance and Economics of Sichuan, China before coming to St. John's University of New York. In 2002, Yue graduated from St. John's with an MBA degree, majoring in Finance and Risk Management. After graduating, Yue worked for American International Group as Business Manager of International Relations Department and was responsible for Chinese markets. Yue returned to China in 2004 and started a new venture. He is the founder and General Manager of Silvertone Technology Ltd. Ming Li -- Product Manager Ming joined RMMSoft in June of 2009,graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Management Information System. He worked at one of the top 10 FCMs in America and has taken part in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge trading systems. Gained tremendous management and technical skills over the years.
